五、比賽時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)
（一）比賽時(shí)間：2018年4月13日至15日（4月12日?qǐng)?bào)到，4月16日離會(huì)）。
（二）比賽地點(diǎn)：中國廣西百色市凌云縣體育館。
六、比賽項(xiàng)目：個(gè)人賽
七、參賽資格
（一)世界象棋聯(lián)合會(huì)各會(huì)員、會(huì)友單位以及中國象棋協(xié)會(huì)邀請(qǐng)的單位均可報(bào)名。
（二）1958年1月1日以后出生，身心健康，遵守本賽會(huì)競(jìng)賽規(guī)則的均可報(bào)名參賽。
八、比賽組別
（一）國際邀請(qǐng)組：各單位可報(bào)參加過世界象棋錦標(biāo)賽非華越裔組比賽的棋手參賽，人數(shù)不限。
（二）國際公開組：各單位均可報(bào)名參賽。
九、比賽辦法
（一）比賽執(zhí)行《亞洲象棋比賽規(guī)例》。
（二）比賽采用積分編排，比賽輪次、比賽時(shí)限根據(jù)報(bào)名人數(shù)賽前確定。
十、錄取名次與獎(jiǎng)金
（一）錄取名次：各組錄取前16名頒發(fā)證書。
（二）獎(jiǎng)金（人民幣，稅前）：
1.國際邀請(qǐng)組前16名（6萬元），獎(jiǎng)金分配如下：

3.國際公開組另為港澳臺(tái)及海外棋手設(shè)立“優(yōu)勝獎(jiǎng)”，錄取8名(2.5萬元)，該獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)與個(gè)人總排名獎(jiǎng)金可重復(fù)領(lǐng)取：
4.廣西戶籍參賽棋手（以二代身份證發(fā)證機(jī)關(guān)為準(zhǔn)）設(shè)“廣西優(yōu)勝名次獎(jiǎng)”(2.4萬元)，該獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)與個(gè)人總排名獎(jiǎng)金可重復(fù)領(lǐng)?。?/p>
十一、交通補(bǔ)貼（人民幣）
（一）國際邀請(qǐng)組：歐洲、美洲、大洋洲：8000元/協(xié)會(huì)；亞洲國家和地區(qū)：5000元/協(xié)會(huì)。
（二）國際公開組：中國象棋協(xié)會(huì)：全國冠軍3000元/人、女子國家大師1000元/人。
十二、食宿
大會(huì)負(fù)擔(dān)各參賽單位3名棋手及中國象棋協(xié)會(huì)全國冠軍棋手比賽期間的食宿，其他人員食宿自理。
十三、報(bào)名和報(bào)到
（一）報(bào)名
1.港澳臺(tái)及海外棋手由其所在協(xié)會(huì)統(tǒng)一報(bào)名，并于2018年3月28日將報(bào)名信息（棋手中英文姓名；棋手電子證件照，不小于100KB；棋手個(gè)人主要成績(jī)中英文介紹，不超過100字；）發(fā)送至中國象棋協(xié)會(huì)郵箱，地址：zgxqxh@163.com,電話：0086-10-87559136，聯(lián)系人：李淼。
2.中國大陸棋手需在報(bào)名時(shí)繳納賽事服務(wù)費(fèi)100元，并請(qǐng)于4月1日前提交姓名、身份證號(hào)碼、聯(lián)系電話等信息。

（二）報(bào)到時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)：
4月12日下午3點(diǎn)至6點(diǎn)在廣西百色市凌云縣迎暉山莊報(bào)到。組委會(huì)將為港澳臺(tái)及海外棋手免費(fèi)提供接送機(jī)服務(wù)（南寧機(jī)場(chǎng)）。
十四、日程安排
十五、賽場(chǎng)紀(jì)律
（一）著裝整潔，佩戴運(yùn)動(dòng)員證。
（二）賽場(chǎng)內(nèi)禁止吸煙，違者當(dāng)即取消比賽資格及成績(jī)。
（三）嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行中國象棋協(xié)會(huì)印發(fā)的《象棋比賽賽風(fēng)賽紀(jì)管理辦法》凡作弊等違規(guī)行為，一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)，從重處罰。
十六、其他
（一）所有參賽選手有義務(wù)參加大會(huì)組織的棋文化推廣活動(dòng)。
（二）組委會(huì)提供比賽服裝，棋手必須著統(tǒng)一比賽服裝參加開、閉幕式、比賽和推廣活動(dòng)。
十七、本規(guī)程解釋權(quán)歸中國象棋協(xié)會(huì)。
十八、未盡事宜，另行通知。

8. Qualification of Participants
(1) Players from members and associates of World Xianqi Federation and invited players by Chinese Xiangqi Association are eligible to register
(2) Players must be born after 1stof January 1958 (below 60 years old), in good health condition and willing to abide by the regulation of the Competition.
9. Competition Groups
(1) International Invited Group:
Members and Associates of World Xianqi Federation and invited Xiangqi Associations can enter the players who have ever participated in the Non-Chinese-Non-Vietnamese Group of World Xiangqi Championship. Number of entry is not limited.
(2) International Open Group:
Free entry from Members and Associates of World Xianqi Federation and invited Xiangqi Associations (age under 60 years old)
10. Rules and Regulations of Competition
(1) The Asian Xiangqi Rules will be applied in the competition.
(2) The Swiss System will be applied in the competition. The number of rounds and time control of the matches will be determined in accordance with the number of the players registered.
11. Prize Award and Prize money
(1) Prize Award: The top sixteen (16) places in both Groups will be awarded with certificates.
(2) Prize Money (RMB Yuan, before tax):
A. The top 16 places of International Invited Group will be awarded with Prize Money (total 60,000 RMB Yuan). Distribution is as follows:
B. The top 32 places of International Open Group will be awarded with prize money (total 149,000 RMB Yuan). Distribution is as follows:
C. Special Winner Prize will be awarded to the top 8 places forHong Kong,China, Macau, China, Chinese Taipei as well as Overseas players in the International Open Group (total 25,000 RMB Yuan). The Special Winner Prize can be double credited with the individual ranking prize:
D.Special Winner Prize for Guangxi Players will be awarded to the top 32 places for those players whose household is in Guangxi (shown with ID card, total 25,500 RMB Yuan). The Special Winner Prize for Guangxi Players can be double credited with the individual ranking prize:
12.Travel Subsidy:
(1) International Invited Group:
Each participatingassociation would be reimbursed with 8,000 Yuan in total for Competitors from Europe, America and Oceania, and 5,000 Yuan in total for Competitors from Asia.
(2) International Open Group:
Competitors from Chinese Xiangqi Association would be reimbursed with 3,000 Yuan for each National Champion and 1,000 Yuan for each Female National Master.
13.Food and?Accommodation:
The Organizing Committee would be responsible for the food and accommodations of the three (3) competitors for each associationexcept CXAand National Champions from CXAduring the event.The extra competitors and other accompanied personnel would pay the food and accommodation by themselves.
14. Application and Registration:
(1) Application
A.Eligible participants from Hong Kong, China, Macau, China, Chinese Taipei as well as Overseas players are required to be applied via their respective Association before the 28thof March2018to the Chinese Xiangqi Association.

Application form must include the participant's Chinese and English name, electronic photoswith the size of no less than 100KB, and a summary of the competitor’s achievements in competition in Chinese or English. The summary should not exceed 100 words.
B. Eligible participants from Chinese Mainland are required to be applied before the 1stof April 2018 to the Organizing Committee and pay 100 Yuan for the Competition Service Fee.

(2) Date and Place of Registration
Competitors are required to be registered from 15:00 to 18:00 on 12thof April at Yinghui Villa in Lingyun County of Baise City, Guangxi Autonomous Region.
Note:The tournament venue of Lingyun County of Baise is 240 km distant from Nanning City. It takes about 4 hour drive by bus. The organizing committee will provide free pick-up and send-off service at Nanning Airport for all the overseas competitors. Flight information and mobile number or WeChat ID shall be notified to the organizing committee prior to the arrival and departure.

(1) All competitorsare obliged to be well dressed and wear the Athlete Badge.
(2) Smoking is strictly prohibited in the tournament venue. Violation may cause forfeiting of the qualification and result of the competitors.
(3) Mobile or any other electronic devices are prohibited to use in the tournament venue.Violation may cause forfeiting of the qualification and result of the competitors.
17. Others:
(1) All competitorsare obliged to participate in Xiangqi promotion events organized by the organizing committee.
(2) All competitorsare required to wear the T-Shirt which is provided by the organizing committee to attend the opening ceremony, closing ceremony, competition, and various Xiangqi promotion activities.
18.The right to interpret the rules belongsto the Chinese Xiangqi Association.
19.Any other important announcements would be notified later.
