六、參賽組別：
6) Contest Categories:
(一)特級大師組：獲得象棋特級大師稱號的參加，限報10人.
(1) Grandmaster Category:Players who have attained the title of Xiangqi Grandmaster are eligible forparticipation. A maximum number of 10 players would be selected.
(二)男子專業(yè)組：獲得國家象棋大師稱號的參加，限報10人。
(2) Men’s Professional Category: Players who haveattained the title of Xiangqi Master are eligible for participation. A maximum number of 10 playerswould be selected.
(三)女子專業(yè)組：象棋特級大師及象棋大師參加，限報10人。
(3) Women’s ProfessionalCategory: Players who have attained the title of Xiangqi Grandmaster or XiangqiMaster are eligible for participation. A maximum number of 10 players would beselected.
(四)國際組：海外棋手和2017年山西省錦標賽前五名參加，限報10人。
(4) International Category:Players from abroad and also the top five winners of the 2017 ShandongTournament are eligible for participation. A maximum number of 10 players wouldbe selected.
(五)山西、呂梁組：山西省各地（市）2017年象棋錦標賽的冠軍及呂梁市離石區(qū)象棋錦標賽冠軍參加，限報10人。
(5) Shanxi Province & Lü Liang Category: Winners of any tournament held in2017 in Shanxi Province and also the winner of the Tournament held in the ShiDistrict of LüLiang City are eligible for participation. A maximum number of 10 players wouldbe selected.
(六)少年組：2001年1月1日以后出生的全國少年賽男(女)前3名和山西省及其呂梁市少年優(yōu)秀棋手，限報8人。
(6) Youth Category: ?Any player that was born after the 1stof January 2001, who has managed to be placedin the top three positions in the National Youth Championships would be eligible forparticipation. Distinguished Xiangqi players in the same age group living? LüLiang City are also eligible for participation. A maximum number of 8players would be selected.
(七)混合組：58名運動員混合兩階段比賽
(7) Mixed Category: 58athletes would participate in the event whichwould be held in two differentstages.
七、競賽辦法
7) Regulations forcompetition
(一)執(zhí)行《2011年象棋競賽規(guī)則》。
(1) The 2011 Xiangqi JingSai Gui Ze (rules commissioned by the CXA) would be adopted.
(二)比賽分兩個階段進行，第一階段采用九輪積分編排制，58名運動員混合比賽，然后按成績分組排名；第二階段采用單淘汰賽制，第一階段的前四名在第二階段爭奪混合組名次，第一階段各組的前8名在第二階段爭奪各組的前六名。
(2) The tournament would be divided into two stages. In the first stage,there will be nine rounds of competition using the Swiss System. The 58participants would compete against each other,and their placings would be determined. In the second stage of the tournament,the Single Elimination System would be used.Players in the top four positions in the first stage would be allowed toprogress to the second stage to determinetheir final placings in the mixed category. The top eight positions of thevarious categories in the first stagewould compete for the top six positions in each of the different categories in the second stage.
（三）第一階段的積分循環(huán)比賽中電腦編排，棋手相遇時按以下規(guī)則區(qū)分先后手，如特級大師組、男子專業(yè)組與女子專業(yè)組、國際組相遇由女子專業(yè)組、國際組棋手執(zhí)紅棋；女子專業(yè)組、國際組與山西呂梁組、少年組相遇由山西呂梁組、少年組棋手執(zhí)紅棋；特級大師組、男子專業(yè)組與山西呂梁組、少年組相遇由山西呂梁組、少年組棋手執(zhí)紅棋先行兩步;其他棋手相遇按照電腦編排確定先后手。
(3) In the first stage ofthe competition, the pairings would bedone using computer programs. Determination of the color to be played will be done as follows.
For example, if players fromthe Grandmaster Category, Men’s Professional Category, Women’s ProfessionalCategory, International Category were to meet, players from the Women’sProfessional Category, International Category would take Red.
?If players from the Women’s ProfessionalCategory, International Category, Shanxi Province & Lü Liang Category, and Youth Category were to meet, playersfrom the Shanxi Province & Lü Liang Category,and YouthCategory would take Red.
If playersfrom the if players from the Grandmaster Category, Men’s Professional Category,Shanxi Province & Lü Liang Category, and YouthCategory were to meet, players from the Shanxi Province & LüLiang Category and Youth Category would not only take Red, they would also beallowed to start the game making two moves.
For players of similarcategories to meet in competition, the colors would be determined by thecomputer.

九、錄取名次和獎勵：【本次比賽計劃支出58萬，其中獎金（稅后）26.8萬；服裝費1.2萬；棋手補貼費18萬；食宿費12萬?！?/span>
(9) Placings and Prizemoney.
For this tournament, aplanned expenditure of 580,000 Yuen has beenapproved. The prize money (after taxes) has been allocated at 268,000 Yuan, the costof clothing 12,000yuan, subsidies for players estimated at 180,000 yuan, andfood and lodging fees would be estimatedat 120,000 yuan.

十、報名與報到
10) Registration andReception
(一)報名：采用公開報名方式，報名結(jié)束后，組委會根據(jù)棋手等級分、前兩屆寶寶杯參加情況及其省（市）分布情況確定參賽運動員，審查同意參賽的運動員發(fā)邀請函確定其參賽，報名截止日期9月1日。
(1) Registration:Registration is open to all eligible participants in each category. After registration is complete, the organizingcommittee would select the players to participate in the competition based on their Elo rankings, theirperformance in the last two Bao Bao Cup, and the geographical distribution(province and city) of the players. Approved players would be sent an invitation. The last day forregistration would be the 1st?of September.

(2) Players eligible forparticipation are required to submit an electronic photo and a short biography.They are necessary for the making of thetournament booklet.

(三) 報到：請參賽運動員于9月27日至28日 17 ：00前到呂梁永寧國際商務(wù)酒店報到，逾期報到者，視為放棄參賽資格。地址：呂梁市離石區(qū)龍鳳南大街與麗景街交叉口。酒店電話：0358-2288100.
報到時請攜帶身份證。
(3) Reception: Eligible participants are toreport to the Lü Liang Yong Ning International Business Hotel fromthe 27th-28th?of September. Any participant who arrives after 1700hr on the 28th?ofSeptember would be considered to have forfeited his/her right to participate.

交通方式：乘火車到呂梁站下車，打車約20元;
Transport suggestions:Railway to Lü Liang Station. It would cost about 20 yuan totravel by taxi to the hotel from the station.
乘飛機到呂梁大武機場，約20公里，有機場大巴15元。
For participants arriving atDa Wu Airport Lü Liang City, which would be about 20 kilometersfrom the hotel, there is a bus service which would cost about 15 yuan.
十一、具體要求
(11) Specific Requirements
(一)大會負擔全部參賽棋手的食宿費，交通費自理。
(1) The organizing committee would provide food and lodging. Transportfees are to be furnished by the participants themselves.
(二)獲得全國象棋錦標賽的男子冠軍補貼費壹萬貳千元人民幣; 獲得全國象棋錦標賽的女子冠軍補貼費壹萬元人民幣；國外棋手和獲得特級大師稱號的補貼費叁千元人民幣;?2017全國少年錦標賽（甲組）冠軍補貼費貳千元人民幣；2017全國少年錦標賽（乙組、丙組、丁組）冠軍補貼費壹千元人民幣。
(12) The Past and currentNational Champions eligible for competition would be reimbursed with 12000 yuan. The Pastand current Women’s National Championseligible for competition would be reimbursedwith 10000yuan. International players who have attained the title ofInternational Grandmaster would be reimbursedwith 3000 yuan. The winner of the 2017 National Youth Tournament ( Category A)would be reimbursed with 2000 yuan. Thewinner of the 2017 National Youth Championships (Category B, Category C, and Category D) would be reimbursed with 1000 yuan.
十二、其他
12) Others
(一)? 9月29日上午參賽運動員參加象棋進校園（部隊）義務(wù)表演活動。
(1) Eligible participantsare required to attend a performance by the local schools in the spirit ofpromoting Xiangqi. The event would be heldon the morning of the 29th?of September.
(二)? 參賽人員人身意外保險由自己購買。在參賽往返途中及比賽期間若發(fā)生意外傷害(包括突發(fā)疾病)，后果將由棋手本人負責，一概與主辦、承辦、協(xié)辦方無關(guān)，特此聲明。
(2) The organizing committeewill not be held responsible for any accidents or mishaps encountered by theparticipants when traveling to the venueor returning home. The participants willbe held solely and fully for theiractions. Travel insurance will also not be covered by the organizing committee.
